+Drop Off and Pick Up
Drop Off Regulations:
Drop off begins at 7:30am. Please plan to bring your child into our facility and sign them in each day. If you know that your child is going to be late, please call or text to notify us.
Pick Up Regulations:
Structured activities complete at 3:30pm. Students will then have free time and / or reading time.
Pick up between 4:00pm and 5:00pm is considered standard. All pick ups will be supervised by a staff member. The only people allowed to pick up a camper are those who have been previously identified on the camp registration form.
During the drop period from 7:30 – 8:30am and pick up period of 4:00 – 5:00pm, campers will participate in supervised free choice time. During the time, board games, paper games, and art supplies will be available. Campers will also be free to use portable game, music, or movie players.
Daily Lunch and Snacks
Spring Break Camps: Lunch will NOT be provided. Students must bring their lunch each day!
Daily Snacks will be provided for all campers each day. Students may bring their own additional snacks to be eaten during the scheduled snack times.
Reading Time
Top Martial Arts promotes and encourages summer reading! Approximately 30 minutes of each day will be dedicated to reading time. Younger children will be read to during this period. Older children are encouraged to bring their own reading material.
Tae Kwon Do Instruction
All Campers will be participating in a Tae Kwon Do class on:
Dalton: (Monday and Wednesday at 3:00 - 3:30)
Non-member campers will be taking their class and encouraged to purchase a Uniform from the front desk.
Members have the option of choosing what day of the week they take class with their belt color.
Attendance
Campers must be pre-registered prior to attending all camp days.
Makeup days are not permitted. These policies are required due to the specific student to instructor ratios that must be maintained based on the attending number of campers.
Payments
Paid in full: Due at the time of registration. To receive a full early bird discount the full amount must be received by deadline.
Weekly Payments: A non refundable 20% deposit is due at the time of registration.
The balance is due on the Wednesday prior to the start of each week.
